Matthew 11:27
The apostle Matthew writing (God speaking via scripture...The
Word), being a direct quote of Jesus during a discourse to John the Baptist, the disciples,
and the people gathered...about the Father choosing to whom to reveal the
Son.
Wycliffe Bible of 1384:
Alle thingis ben youune to me of my fadir; and no man knewe the sone, but the fadir, nethir
ony man knewe the fadir, but the sone, and to whom the sone wolde schewe.
King James Bible of 1611: All
things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father;
