Wycliffe Bible of 1384:  and seide, Drynke ye alle herof; this is my blood of the newe testament, which schal be sched for many, in to remissioun of synnes.

King James Bible of 1611: For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

NAS Bible of 1960:  for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins.

NIV Bible 1973-78: This is my blood of the [some manuscripts insert new] covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness [remission] of sins.
