Luke 2:10-11

Apostle Luke writing (God speaking via scripture...The Word), telling of the angel's announcement (epiphany) of the Messiah (Savior)...the good news to all people.

Wycliffe Bible of 1384: 10 And the aungel seide to hem, Nyle ye drede; for lo! Y preche to you a greet ioye, that schal be to al puple. 11 For a sauyoure is borun to dai to you, that is Crist the Lord, in the citee of Dauid.

King James Bible: 10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

New International Bible: 10 But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.

New American Standard Bible: 10 But the angel said to them, " Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people; 11 for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
