Nuys B-R Grouping system for Grade
This is a two-parameter system of Bloom-Richardson
nuclear grade and necrosis:
intraductal
carcinoma (DCIS) of the breast
| non-high nuclear grade (NHNG) |
high nuclear
grade (HNG)
with or without necrosis
group 3 |
NHNG without (absent to slight) necrosis
group 1 |
NHNG
with (affecting 30% or more) necrosis
group 2 |
