Another Special Life in Christ
These testimony lives are not stories of "role models". Jesus is the
role model!

B. A. "Ruck" Siddall & his dad are saved:
Ruck was a member of the Edmunds High School class of 1960 and went on the have a very successful career in sales. Following is from an email to me from Ruck in 2011:
I went to Carlisle Military Academy in Bamberg when I was young. Of course closed now and is basically Camden Military. How old are you now? I turned 70 last Febuary. I am healthy, have my own teeth, hair and everything works. I am blessed!
My wife [#2, Chen Yun] has turned into a regular little missionary. She is reading her Bible right this minute, she will quiz me tonight. She has no fear about sharing her faith. This is a special gal. She is a "Hottie" but actually doesn't know it. She is very childlike. I say that as a compliment! The modern Chinese men do not treat their wives very well. He ex husband treated her badly, never helped raise her son. Now she wants all of her single friends to marry an older Christian man. Isn't that a hoot? A real Character!
My Father [B. A. Siddall, Sr.] was such a good man everyone thought he was a Christian. But God reminded me that when I was about 6 years old, I asked him who Jesus was. He told me he was a good man. I remember I was in the car and we were turning into Harby avenue from Hampton. So when he was 84 and dieing, I was at the hospital. He was gasping for breath. My oldest sister went to get him a suit because the doctors said he would not make it through the night. I was a new Christian [July 1977] so I went home and prayed. I told the Lord, my Father had been a good man, good Father and I didn't care if He took him but I asked The Lord to let him know Jesus before he went. The next morning I went by the Hospital expecting to see an empty room but instead, Dad said "come in son"!!! A few months later he accepted Jesus and a few months after that, went on to be with The Lord. GOD IS GOOD ERVIN! I had been a Christian only a few months but I knew that was a miracle and I knew it 84 years old! He got in by the skin of his teeth from my faith. I was ecstatic! It was the best thing that ever happened to me. The moral of the story, you can't take it for granted that a person is a Christian.
